Fill in the application form linked below. Please note the required supporting documents.
Email your completed application form, along with the supported documents listed below to [email protected]
- Proof of Residency
- Most recent Notice of Assessment
- Three most recent pay stubs or a letter from employer
- Three most recent bank statements
A staff member will process your application, which includes income verification and reference checks. You may be contacted for more information. If you are an eligible applicant for an available unit, you will be contacted to set up an interview, co-op living orientation, and an in-person or virtual tour.
Congratulations! If you are accepted you will receive an agreement to sign, followed by full move-in information, including a welcome package and keys to your new home.
