How to Apply

You can either fill in the application form below or download the form and email it to Sawmill@Cltrust.ca. Please don’t forget to provide the supporting documents.

In addition to the application form, you will also be required to provide the following supporting documents.

  • Proof of Residency
  • Most recent Notice of Assessment
  • Three most recent pay stubs or a letter from employer
  • Three most recent bank statements

After processing your application, which includes income and reference checks, a staff member will contact you to set up an interview, co-op living orientation and an in-person or virtual tour.

If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome package, move-in information and keys.

You will need to:
- Complete all sections of the application
- Be prepared to show government issued ID for all household members 18 and over, indicating Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, landed immigrant status or refugee status.
Note: Additional documentation may be requested for the purpose of income verification, including consent for a credit check
